A long time back, Coco Chanel stepped into the world of fashion, glitz and glamour. She became the guru of style, and uttered these words with a hint of self-confidence, “Luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not luxury.".
Very precisely, this is what Google dictionary has to say about Luxury -
Luxury (noun): a state of great comfort or elegance, especially when involving great expense.
What Google doesn’t know is that Luxury doesn’t always involve great expense. Sometimes, Luxury comes at an affordable price.
However, before we decide to delve into the matters of price, affordability and expense; there’s a million dollar question that urgently seeks your attention.
What does Luxury mean to you?
Personally, for me, Luxury is sitting on the balcony of my royal suite on 21st floor, with a glass of fancy champagne in my hand, as my eyes admire the starry skyline with an emotion of wonder.
But here I am, sitting in front of the computer, with a glass of red wine next to it, and writing this blog for my avid readers, because the times have changed drastically. It’s the 21st century, and you don’t have to spend a heart-attack-inducing fortune to make sure that your dreams of opulent living, come true.
Ladies and gentlemen, this blog is my personal cheat sheet to Luxury Living.
Luxury is Space.
Okay, so here’s the thing; I want my space. I want to live in a house that is beautiful, oozes warmth and most importantly, is super spacious. Because who in the world wants to spend their life savings on a congested studio apartment in Noida, right? At least not when you can upgrade to something way better. I think that in today’s real estate world (at least the Indian one), apartments in Noida Extension are the most perfect examples of spacious luxury.
As a real estate blogger, I have visited residential property in Noida Extension by quite a few reputed real estate players, for my own R&D. Each site visit has allowed me to learn something new and interesting about Delhi/NCR real estate market. From what I have judged so far, Noida Extension has the best of what Luxury Lifestyle has to offer to its audience.
I mean, I can imagine myself in a 3 BHK flat in Noida Extension, with my family, and cherishing our happy moments of togetherness on the multiple, sun-lit balconies, the spacious interiors, or the airy, lush green podium garden. Luxury apartments in Noida have in them what it takes to fulfil my fantasy of Luxury Living.
It’s time for you to do your research, because the clock is ticking. And we all know what they say about time, right?
It waits for none.
Luxury is Affordable.
Yes, you read that right. Your dreams of living in the lap of luxury come at an affordable price. Noida Extension property rates are unbelievably reasonable in comparison to the rates of property in Noida, Gurgaon or Delhi.
You just need to stay tuned, to know exactly how affordable is this luxury going to be. But I promise it’ll be worth it!
Luxury is Exclusive.
Hubert de Givenchy, the most revered fashion designer of all times, once said, “Luxury is in each detail”. I guess it’s time that I unveil the residential project, of which each detail reeks of pure luxury.
Introducing RG Luxury Homes, where Exclusivity has a New Address.
And here you thought that Luxury only came on the covers of a high-end fashion, home décor magazine!
After months of R&D pf residential developments in Noida (Extension), I noticed that there was one company that wanted to prove everybody wrong. RG Group took on a housing project in Noida Extension that could very well be better than any of the best residential projects in Noida. Or even Gurgaon and Delhi! It’s under construction as of now, but it promises immense splendour, riches and the lifestyle of your reveries.
I am going to be talking about RG Luxury Homes a whole lot more from now on, since it has piqued my interest quite a bit. Also, I believe that you should know about this one, if you’re a potential home buyer. Last but not the least, I just remembered something that Oscar Wilde once said about Luxury.
“Let me be surrounded by luxury, I can do without the necessities!”
Well said, Mr Wilde, but I want my audience to have it all. The luscious luxuries, with the needful necessities.
