I remember watching this movie with my best friend, on a wintry Saturday night, and thinking to myself that I couldn’t recall the last time I’d been sleepless. I’ve always had the pleasure of spending peaceful, sleepy nights.

For those of you who are thinking that the Perfect Home doesn’t exist, let me assure you that it does. At least in my world. And if you’re reading this blog right now, let me convince you of another fact; the Perfect Home exists for you, as well.
Before we move on, here is an important note for you, my dearest reader. This is not a poorly constructed infomercial on how to treat insomnia. I just want to make sure that you live in a Home that endows you with quiet, drowsy nights. Because more than bricks and cement, a Home is made of pillows, beds, blankets and everything warm and cosy.
There are a few handy tips and tricks that you must know, if you’re looking for some blissful nap time. Let me tell you exactly how your Home can be the ultimate sleep haven!
1. Move Into a Home with Tight Security System
This might not come as a shocker to you. We aren’t living in the safest community, are we?
I mean, we hear all kinds of bad things happening to all kinds of people nowadays. It is always better to be safe than sorry. My solution is to move into a Home that is equipped with a tight security system.
Are you thinking to yourself, “What is a tight security system?”?
Well, from what I know of this whilst living in my family’s 2 BHK flat in Noida Extension, a tight security system must comprise a bounce of security guards, who monitor your wellbeing on round the clock basis. Property in Noida is decorated with security systems that celebrate the importance of security personnel to the fullest. Also, since residential projects in Noida are evolving so much, you must make sure that wherever you buy your new home, there must be provision of CCTV cameras. Sometimes, it is okay to be watched; in fact, it is amazing to be watched, if it is for the benefit of your safety.
If you know that you’re living in a safe and secure environment, obviously, every night will be a sleep tight night for you.
2. Free your Bedroom of Clutter
In our property in Noida Extension, my bedroom is the centre of my universe. It is a reflection of my personality. My mother always tells me to keep my bedroom free of clutter. Initially, I used to overlook her advice, thinking that a messy bedroom is kind of artsy, in its own way. Nonetheless, somewhere in the back of my mind, I always knew that a clutter-free bedroom is the main reason why I am blessed with amazingly sleepy nights. For the reason that the less the clutter, the more spacious my bedroom feels. I always feel like there is a lot of room for me and my thoughts, to breathe.

3. Address the Right Mattress
Dear Perfect Mattress,
I am in dire need of the perfect sleepy night, and would love nothing more than for you to manifest on my bed, so that I can lay myself on you, and close my eyes, with happy dreams in my head.
Oh yes, if an open letter to the mattress of your dreams is what is going to take for you to get serenely sleepy nights, then kindly do it. Because as much as dragging that 10 years old mattress till your very last breath, sounds very cost-effective; it is not doing anything good for your back. Or sleep, for that matter.
You should buy for yourself a mattress, which makes you feel cosy, warm and snuggly.
